Our driver service includes a professional English-speaking driver, a well-maintained vehicle with air conditioning, fuel, parking fees, and mineral water for all passengers.

What's not included are entrance fees to attractions, meals, and any personal expenses. The driver can recommend great local restaurants but will not join you for meals unless specifically requested (additional charge may apply).

We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak season (June-August and December-January). For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours), please contact us directly via WhatsApp to check availability.

That said, we often accommodate same-day requests when possible. Our drivers live in different areas of Bali, so even if one area is fully booked, we may have availability from another location.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Our drivers are experts in Bali and can help you create the perfect itinerary based on your interests, whether you want to focus on culture, nature, adventure, or relaxation.

After booking, we'll connect you with your driver who can provide recommendations and help plan your route. You can also check our sample itineraries on the website for inspiration. There's no extra charge for customizing your tour.

We understand plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation:

Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled service
50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before service
No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before service

For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge.

Yes, absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our drivers undergo thorough background checks and are trained to provide professional service to all guests, including solo female travelers.

Many of our drivers have families and understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment. You can request a female driver when booking (subject to availability), and we're happy to connect you with previous female customers for references if that would make you more comfortable.

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

Cash payment to the driver in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the end of service
Bank transfer prior to service (details provided after booking)
Credit card payment via secure online link (3% processing fee applies)

For airport pickups, we require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on arrival.

We monitor all incoming flights for airport transfers. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge, even for significant delays.

For international flights, we track the flight status and wait up to 2 hours after the new scheduled arrival time. For domestic flights, we wait up to 1 hour after the new scheduled arrival. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us immediately to reschedule or arrange a refund.

Yes, our drivers are happy to assist with translation when needed, whether you're shopping at local markets, communicating with hotel staff, or dealing with any other situations where language might be a barrier.

They can also help negotiate fair prices at markets (though we encourage respectful bargaining that benefits both buyers and sellers). Please note that while drivers can facilitate communication, they won't pressure vendors on your behalf.

Yes, we provide child safety seats upon request at no additional charge. We have both infant seats (rear-facing) and booster seats available.

Please specify your needs when booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is installed in your vehicle before pickup. Our drivers are trained in proper installation, but you're welcome to check it yourself as well.

Extending your tour is usually possible, depending on your driver's availability. Overtime is charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour, payable directly to the driver.

We recommend discussing potential overtime with your driver early in the day so they can adjust their schedule if needed. Most drivers are happy to accommodate extensions unless they have another booking immediately after yours.
